An evidence practice for Nigerians abroad

You send the money.
We send the proof — as a document you can hold, check, and keep.

Money goes home for land, for building, for parents, for school fees — and most of it is spent on trust. A brother's phone call. A builder's photograph of somebody else's wall. A receipt that proves paper changed hands, not that anything was bought. NaijaClan's product is not reassurance. It is a file: registry searches through two channels, a charted survey, a witnessed site visit — bound into findings graded by evidence, each one checkable on a public register.

One membership for the distance problem: we verify property before you pay for it, check building stages before you pay for the next one, confirm that your parents' care actually happened, prove that money you sent for a purpose landed on that purpose, inspect the things you cannot fly home to see — and, for American firms, deliver engineering work product that has passed an independent quality review. One file, one standard, one place your family can look.

ClanVerify — Findings Report

Pre-purchase property verification · Lagos

Supports — only if

Two conditions stand between this plot and a safe purchase. Both are stated, priced, and checkable below.

Registry search (channel one, Lands Registry) and independent re-search (channel two) agree on the root of title for the parcel charted at Exhibit 1. The survey plan lodged for Plot 14, Block C charts the same beacons our inspector photographed standing on the ground (Exhibit 2). The parcel does not fall within government acquisition as gazetted. The seller's identity documents reconcile with the deed chain, with one exception, carried as Condition 1…

December — the pilot goes to ground

These frames are empty on purpose. In December they fill with real photographs — ours, consented, from the ground itself. Never stock. Never borrowed.

The family

One clan. Six desks, each on its own ground.

Every NaijaClan service now keeps its own full house — its own site, its own sample files, its own pricing page. This apex is the family home: the promise, the map, the standards, and the doors.

Territory

The map is drawn from real boundary data — because a verification company does not get to invent its own country.

Lagos and the five South-East states, worked from the Asaba hub in Delta: that is the launch territory, shaded on the plate. Abuja is ringed and named — request access only.

Everywhere else stands in outline, uncovered, and will stay that way in the drawing until a vetted bench exists there and cases have been walked. Coverage is a record, not a promise. Don't take our word for any of this — take the file: the complete checklist, the traps library, the independence rules, and a complete sample verdict are all published.

Where things stand, plainly.

NaijaClan is in its pilot stage. Services open only when each has been walked end-to-end on real cases and passed a combined launch gate — evidence first, sales after. Nothing on this site is for sale today: no checkout, no deposits, no dates promised. Read how each service works, study the sample file, and request access so your case is in the first intake when the gate passes.
